No Wrong Door - Blue Mountain Building Blocks
If you or someone you know is interested in accessing services or gaining more knowledge in the areas of health, safety, and education please access this information through the No Wrong Door initiative. In partnership with service providers in Morrow, Umatilla, and Union Counties, the Early Learning Hub developed the Blue Mountain Building Blocks online referral form.
Oregon English Language Learner Report
The Oregon English Language Learner Report (ODE link) is an annual publication required by ORS 327.016, which reports on financial information for English language learner programs and the objectives and needs of students eligible for and enrolled in an English language learner program. The report provides information on the demographics of students in English language learner programs in each school district. In addition, this report provides a tool that makes data on English language learners accessible to researchers, media, students, and parents.
In accordance with ORS 327.016 (PDF), the report must be provided to each school district board by September 1 of each year and made available at the school district’s main office and on the school district’s website.
